HR Accreditation Intern
- Reports to General Manager of Smart Leader Diagnostics
- Responsible for project managing the My Team Pulse accreditation programme for HR consultants (SME channel), OD professionals (Enterprise Channel) and Leadership Coaches
- Involves:
- actioning registrations, invoicing through Xero, and sending out pre-course instructions
- operating and updating Thinkific platform
- operating pulse with each participantโs nominated team
- and planning and co-ordinating inputs from faculty / presenters / coaches
- operating webinars
- arranging pulse debriefs
- liaising with the Product Managers re marketing
- operating the accreditation practitionersโ community โ webinars involving shared learning and updates
- Ideal candidates will be recent graduates from HR, marketing, management or psychology, whom are outgoing, motivated, punctual, well planned and willing to take responsibility for a great accreditation experience
Position is based in Auckland CBD
