Marketing/ Data Analyst Internship
Our client is a well known nationwide charity. A tight knit and down to earth team are seeking a quick learner and team player to join them to support in working through a backlog of work within their Fundraising and Donor Relationship team.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email to donors and recipients of the charity
- Attention to detail with regards to data entry and database management
- Ability to think on your feet, problem solve and build relationships over the phone
- Multi-task a number of “open queries” at any one point in time
- Team player with the fundraising team
- Providing administration support to the team as appropriate
About You
- Evidence of experience working within an office environment and in an administration capacity
- Ability to confidently speak over the phone with donors
- Strong written English for email communications
- Technology savvy and comfortable picking up new systems / excel spreadsheets etc.
