Social Media Development position
Our school in Auckland opened in January 2003. We first had schools teaching English and other languages around the world. We provide English tuition at all levels to students from a wide range of countries. We also provide accommodation, student welfare support, and a wide range of activities for students to take part in.
Intern Duties
The intern would be involved in all aspects of the operational running of the school. We would expect the intern to take time working with the Academic Department, Accommodation, Activities & School Administration. There would also be work involved with marketing the school locally in cooperation with the School Director. There will be an opportunity to work on the schoolโs social media development.
Possible assignments:
- Temporary cover for School Administrator โ working on the Reception desk, fielding student inquiries, using the school database to manage bookings, etc.
- Work with School Administrator and School Director to improve local visibility of school to increase local walk-in sales
- Work with Director of Studies & Activities Coordinator on developing social media in the school
- Competitor analysis
- General help and support throughout school departments
