Marketing and Communication position
Our company is a New Zealand based executive search and talent acquisition business. As an executive search firm, we operate at the high end of the employment market. Our talent acquisition search reach covers New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Ireland and Western Europe.
Intern Duties
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement marketing and (social) media strategies aimed at the Auckland Region and North Island employment market for our company.ย The main focus of the marketing strategies will be to further establish our brand as a high-end executive search partner for the industry.
We are looking to further implement our marketing and communication plan which entails the following:
- Implementation of a direct marketing process, including the development of a format and platform
- Further design and implementation of our online/social media marketing strategy
- Advising on and updating of all our online exposure, including our website
Along with implementing our marketing strategy other tasks the intern will undertake will include
- Database and general recruitment administration
- Reception and secretarial duties
- Industry-specific research
- Candidate mapping
- Interaction with candidates and clients on a periodic basis
Success in this role is measured through timely identification of sales opportunities, and the conversion of online leads into sales.
Our company is a small high-end niche agency and therefore close interaction with the consultants will be in a very open and relaxed environment.ย We will provide the intern with a workstation, desktop computer with access to all necessary relevant information channels to complete the internship report.ย Furthermore, two of the consultants have in-depth knowledge of the Dutch and German tertiary education system and have lots of experience mentoring interns from the Netherlands and Germany.
