Intern Duties

The intern would work in the food and technology department of our university.

International Student Survey:

We have a project that would suit a final year/mature student who would be good at communicating with participants of a very exciting sports nutrition/development project.

The aims of the experiment are:

To investigate sensory perceptions towards drink formulations containing varying concentrations of carbohydrate and electrolyte content, in well-trained athletes during prolonged, endurance running exercise, etc.

The student would be trained in sensory evaluation techniques and would directly link to the study.
