From our bases in Auckland, Whangarei and Tauranga our highly trained experienced staff visit boatbuilding yards throughout the country helping designers, builders and owners plan their marine systems.
Intern Duties
The focus of the internship is on finance and accounting tasks. Following completion of the introduction program after a few weeks, the activities will cover:
- Stock: 45%
o Identification & reporting on slow moving & obsolete Stock
o Improving accuracy of Stock Reports - Fixed Assets: 15%
o Set up Fixed Asset Register
o Review of existing fixed assets - Financial Reports: 5%
o Identify/Update relevant reports available to different users
o Select new standard reports available from register - Consignment Stock: 10%
o Review/enhance existing Consignment stock reporting system - Website maintenance: 25%
